Expert Witness Testimony
David has extensive experience acting as an expert witness in a variety of cases involving contractual performance, FAA Part 16 complaints, leases, and ground handling incidents and accidents. He produces comprehensive written reports which thoroughly analyze the facts of each case to provide a detailed analysis of the events leading up to the incident or accident in question, and presents this opinion based on the entirety of available evidence.

Notable Cases
Miss-fueling case where the FBO supplied jet fuel to a piston / reciprocating engine aircraft. The aircraft subsequently crashed with fatalities. While some would look at this case as a simple single event, in actuality there were over 15 contributing actions or omissions on the part of several individuals and companies that affected this tragic outcome.
Contractual performance case involving transactional assistance where one party refused to pay for services rendered. The defendant based the defense on a lack of measurable action. Case material and depositions proved that the claimant had performed all of the services as he was instructed by the client and that his participation influenced a positive transaction.
Military helicopter accident where the lineman marshaled the aircraft into a light pole. The incident resulted in extensive damage to multiple corporate jet and turboprop aircraft including a second helicopter. There were numerous issues related to the chain of events that could have prevented this incident.
